As a business owner, you will want to address comments about your business. Quicker Liquor Finder believes problems can be rectified, if the business owner directly corresponds with the commenter. Responding to negative and positives reviews is very simple. First, you will want to access to store’s listing. Navigate to your User Dashboard and choose the listing.
1. Scroll down and locate the Overview and Reviews tabs. The Overview tab will be selected initially. Click on the reviews tab to see the reviews for your business.
2. Locate the review in question. Click the Reply button for the review you wish to respond to.
3. Compose your response and click on the Submit Reply button at the bottom.
You will be transferred back to your listing page. Now, you will be able to see your response to the initial review.
