Intoxicated Pennsylvania Man Forces 8-Year To Drive To Ohio0
A New Castle man decided he was too intoxicated to make a trip to East Palestine, Ohio. So, instead of missing out on his road trip, he decided to force a friend’s 8-year-old daughter to take the wheel.
WHEC reports that on September 3, 24-year-old Kevin Michael Cook observed the young girl walking on the side of Old Enon Unity Road in Lawrence County and forced her into his vehicle. The girl took the wheel without having any idea of how to operate the vehicle, but Cook was too drunk to care.
Approximately 7:30 p.m., two people on Little Beaver Road observed a vehicle weaving back and forth on the roadway. The couple was able to coax the girl into stopping the vehicle, while another individual called 911. Before police arrived, Cook played switcheroo, jumping into the driver’s seat.
The girl told police she almost wrecked the vehicle several times and man yelled at her at Little Beaver and Constitution Boulevard.
The Quicker Liquor Finder highly recommends designating a sober driver to transport you to your preferred location, but an 8-year-old?
