Drunken Man In Nutley, New Jersey Gets Stuck In Porta-Potty

There is no doubt that those nasty porta-potties can be downright dangerous. You just never know when someone is lurking around the corner, waiting to tip it over. This isn’t even the worst-case scenario. Can you imagine getting locked inside of a porta-potty for an extended period of time? A 29-year-old resident of Belleville, New Jersey experienced this nightmarish scenario on September 6, 2017.

The horribly intoxicated individual locked himself into a porta-potty in Nutley and went to sleep. It seems that the man didn’t mind the stench, because he remained there for a lengthy period of time. It was only after rescue personnel arrived at the scene and ripped the door open that the man began speaking with authorities. When authorities arrived, they tried to contact him, but he wouldn’t respond.

The door was promptly forced open and the fully clothed man was discovered asleep inside. Authorities admit that the man was slurring his words and having a difficult time standing up. Later, it was determined that the man’s intoxication level was to the point of being a danger to himself. He was ultimately taken to the hospital for an evaluation.

Now, this stinky diver has been charged with disorderly conduct. It is unknown whether or not the man was suffering from abnormally high methane levels.
