On Wednesday afternoon, a 39-year-old man was arrested after fleeing from a traffic stop on Interstate 5 near Eugene, Oregon. At roughly 3:30 PM, a trooper attempted to stop a white 2012 Chrysler 300 near milepost 195. The driver, who was ultimately identified as Harold Deandre Jones, was observed traveling at a high rate of speed.
Okinawa Police say a U.S. marine struck and killed a 61-year-old Japanese man in Okinawa, Japan early Sunday morning. Twenty-one-year-old Nicholas James-McLean collided with a mini-truck driven by 61-year-old Hidemasa Taira who was later pronounced deceased at a local hospital.
On Monday night, a man in Arlington, Texas crashed into a house before being arrested by local police. Arlington police say the suspected drunk driver was found hiding in a bush after crashing into the home. The driver apparently lost control of the vehicle and crashed into the home on the 2700 block of Blue Quail Drive.
Last Saturday, a man in Australia found himself drunk and hungry. He did what he thought was best. He drove to his local McDonald’s and ordered some chicken nuggets. The suspect took things a little too far and his night ended in the slammer. Police claim that the man drove through the McDonald’s drive-through four times after becoming angry that nuggets were not on the breakfast menu.

A construction worker sustained serious injuries after being hit by a vehicle driven by an alleged intoxicated driver. After the vehicle struck the worker, it swerved out of control and came to a rest in a ditch, the New York Post reports.
